Originating from Bavaria in Germany, Hefeweizen is a classic style known for its cloudy appearance and distinct flavour profile. It is brewed with at least 50% wheat malt, which also contributes a natural haze and pillowy white head in the glass. The unique top-fermenting yeast strain produces ripe banana-like esters and spicy notes which balance alongside the subtle malt sweetness. The mouthfeel is smooth with a crisp finish, leaving you wanting more. If you’re a fan of wheat beers, our Hefeweizen is a must-try!
